You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and acquisition teams to optimize the customer journey from initial sign-up through long-term retention. This position offers significant autonomy, allowing you to lead strategic growth initiatives and influence product direction through measurable business outcomes. You will operate in a highly analytical environment where experimentation, customer insights, and rapid iteration drive decision-making. It is an excellent opportunity for a product leader who thrives on ownership, measurable impact, and building products that help small businesses succeed online.

Accountabilities:

  • Own key growth metrics across activation, monetization, pricing, subscription conversion, and retention, taking full responsibility for performance outcomes.
  • Lead a dedicated product squad and define priorities based on customer behavior, business objectives, and growth opportunities.
  • Design, launch, and analyze high-velocity experimentation programs, including A/B testing initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
  • Identify user drop-off points, uncover behavioral insights, and develop product enhancements that improve conversion and engagement.
  • Partner closely with acquisition, engineering, design, and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey from acquisition through retention.
  • Develop and refine onboarding experiences, pricing strategies, paywalls, and discovery flows to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to build hypotheses, evaluate performance, and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Monitor key growth indicators and continuously iterate on features and experiences to drive sustainable business impact.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of driving activation, monetization, retention, or subscription growth metrics.
    • Experience working on recurring revenue products, including SaaS, subscription-based platforms, or other revenue-driven digital businesses.
    • Strong understanding of SMB customer behavior and purchasing journeys within e-commerce or business software environments.
    • Deep knowledge of growth product management principles, including conversion funnels, pricing models, paywall optimization, and customer lifecycle management.
    • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
    • Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
    • Ability to independently analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed product decisions without relying heavily on external support.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and a practical approach to leveraging automation to improve efficiency.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Experience with both web and mobile product funnels, e-commerce platforms, or entrepreneurial ventures is considered an advantage.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary package ranging from approximately £85,000 to £110,000, depending on experience and location.
      • Equity participation, providing an opportunity to share in the company’s long-term success.
      • Fully remote work arrangement across the United Kingdom and Europe.
      • Monthly visits to a central European office location with travel expenses fully reimbursed.
      • Flexible working hours and an asynchronous, trust-based work environment.
      • Extended parental leave and family-friendly policies.
      • High levels of autonomy, ownership, and decision-making responsibility.
      • Opportunity to work with a globally distributed team in a high-growth technology environment.
      • Inclusive, diverse, and collaborative company culture focused on innovation and impact.
      • Exposure to large-scale consumer and business-facing digital products serving millions of users worldwide.
